Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

SHOWRA helps you build a professional page and a digital card. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, and who sees it, with nothing hidden.

1. What we collect

DataWhy
Your email addressTo sign in to your account. It never appears on your page unless you explicitly enter it as your "contact email".
Your professional profileYour name, title, bio, services and work. You enter it yourself, and it appears on your page when you publish.
Your contact methodsEach method has its own show/hide switch. Hidden ones never leave your account.
Files you uploadWork photos and your card photo. They appear on your page and card when you publish them.
Incoming contactsPeople who leave their details on your page reach you, and we don't use them for anything else.
Visits to your pageAn anonymous counter. We don't store IP addresses or anything that identifies the visitor. Details below.

2. Analytics, without tracking

When someone visits your page, we record the visit without knowing who they are. We compute an anonymous fingerprint from the IP address, browser and date, and store only the fingerprint, not the data itself. The fingerprint changes every day, so there's no way to track anyone across days.

The only purpose is to know that someone who visited twenty times is one person. No tracking cookies, no Google Analytics, no ad pixels.

3. Artificial intelligence

We use AI models to help you write and to read the business cards you photograph. Our governing rule: the model is not allowed to invent any professional fact about you. It suggests and you confirm, and nothing is saved to your profile without your approval.

The text and images you send for help pass through an external model provider (Anthropic via Vercel AI Gateway) for real-time processing. We don't sell your data or use it to train any model.

4. Who sees your data

Your published page is public. Anyone with the link can see what you published, and so can search engines. Anything unpublished (drafts, hidden contact methods, and sections you've hidden) stays private.

No other user can see your unpublished data. This isolation is enforced in the database itself, not only in the application code.

SHOWRA staff may access your account data for support or to investigate abuse, and every such access is logged with the staff member's name and reason.

5. Service providers

We rely on companies that process data on our behalf:

  • Supabase: database, authentication and storage
  • Vercel: website hosting
  • Anthropic (via Vercel AI Gateway): AI models
  • Apple and Google: wallet cards, and signing in with Google

Data may be stored or processed outside your country, including in the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States.

6. Your rights

At any time you can view your data, edit it, hide any section of your page, unpublish your page entirely, or ask us to delete your account and all its data.

For deletion or any other request: hello@showra.co. We reply within 30 days.

7. Data retention

We keep your data as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we erase your profile, page, contacts and analytics. Basic security logs may be kept for a limited time to prevent abuse.

8. Children

The service is meant for professionals. It isn't designed for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we update the "Last updated" date at the top, and we email you if the change is significant.
